Pension changes

Together, the Trustee and the Company are writing to all members who may be affected by an important pension review, and about a proposal to simplify Fund pensions.
In all cases, the starting amount and expected value of your pension over your lifetime won’t be reduced as a result of simplifying Fund pensions.
An initial group of pensioner members was communicated with in 2022. A second group of pensioner members, as well as active and deferred members, are being communicated with this year. We expect to write to any remaining members who may be impacted during 2024.

Welcome to our new website, your one-stop shop for information about your retirement options from the AstraZeneca Pension Fund.
We would encourage you to take a few minutes to look around and familiarise yourself with the kind of information on the site. You might not need to do anything to manage your membership today, but we hope you will make use of this resource at regular intervals in the future as you plan and save for the years ahead.
